Campus Life
Our shared 120,000 square foot state-of-the-art campus in our neighboring SeeScan Inc. location, has been developed to take full advantage of our beautiful San Diego weather and cultivate a relaxing environment for all of our employees. It is used for meetings, eating lunch, relaxing during breaks, and for company events. Our fitness area includes resistance training equipment, foam rollers, medicine balls, and other equipment to help our employees unwind.

How long does it take to get back to me about next steps after I submit my application through the Careers page?
We’d love to give you a specific timeline on this, but the truth is, we can’t. Timing depends on the level of urgency for filling the position as well as the volume of applications we receive.
Can I re-apply?
Of course! We recommend checking back six months after your initial application if you’re applying to the same role.
What if I want to be considered for more than one position at the same time?
You can apply to as many positions as you like at the same time. Applying to more than one role won’t hurt your chances in any of the roles you’ve applied to, provided your skills and experience match what we are looking for.
How long does it take to receive a decision following an onsite interview?
We do our best to get back to you promptly after your onsite interview. Please connect with our HR recruiter if you have not received an update within two weeks.
What is your work from home policy?
It depends on the team and role. The job description will typically state if the desired location is at our SeeScan campus, remote, or a hybrid.

Every role at DeepSea is different, so the kinds of questions asked will vary. No matter what position you are applying for, we will be asking questions to get an idea of your ability to do the job and your desire to work at DeepSea.

DeepSea offers a casual office environment, so wear whatever is comfortable for you. We won’t assess you based on what you wear, but rather what you can do!
